Lightbox consultants are certified to administer and interpret a variety of scientifically validated behavioral assessments to uncover each individual’s unique talents.

ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH

The single greatest advantage a company can achieve is organizational health. Our approach starts with an intensive two-day Cultural Alignment & Vision Session for the leadership team. The purpose is to build real-time systems, processes and an implementation plan that specifically supports the organizational health components.

Our practical applicable process encompasses four disciplines:

  • BUILD A COHESIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM: Understand how each leader’s unique talents and behaviors contribute to the organization, ensure shared trust through personalized exercises, and attack root causes of dysfunction
  • CREATE CLARITY: Develop a playbook to achieve organizational alignments and commitment to vision and values
  • OVERCOMMUNICATE CLARITY: Commit to a plan for consistent meaningful meetings and communication strategies throughout the organization
  • REINFORCE CLARITY: Establish clarity of values as it relates to selection, goal setting and reviewing employee progress and compensation

What gets measured gets repeated. Quarterly Pulse Check-ins with the leadership team to review, refine and recommit to the discipline of an organizational health practice ensures continued and profound growth.

TEAM COLLABORATION + LEADERSHIP MASTERY SERIES

  • TEAM COLLABORATION: A great way to introduce your people and your organization to the power of the Lightbox strengths-based approach. Our strengths workshops, seminars and retreats teach participants how to purposefully aim their talents for greater employee engagement, enhanced teamwork and heightened productivity.
  • LEADERSHIP MASTERY SERIES: With the Lightbox Leadership Series, your leaders (and emerging leaders) will be able to align their strengths and complete a program that will equip them to excel in their leadership journey – lighting up engagement and business outcomes. At each point in the series, your leaders will participate in guided discussions to target issues you currently face. Select from a list of topics or choose challenges that are specific to your organization, industry or situation. In addition, participants have access to one-on-one leadership coaching and accountability partners.
